CHILD GROUP LESSONS

• Upon registration, children are grouped by ability (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and by age (3-6 Alpine, 7-14 Alpine / Snowboard, Teens 15+ Alpine / Snowboard).
• The Children's Center is located in Village Hall, between the Park Hyatt Resort & Spa and McCoy's Cafe
  Hours of operation are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, December 16, 2006 - April 14, 2007 and from 8:30am to 4:30pm, November 22, 2006 – December 15, 2006 & March 30, 2007 - April 16, 2007.
• Please have your child/children to Ski School no later than 9:00am to ensure a space.  Please allow 30 minutes to pick up tickets and rental equipment on or before the first day of lessons. Your best bet is to come in the day before to pick up tickets, get fitted for rentals and sign any necessary liability waivers.  

CHILD LESSON PRICING: 3-14 Years Old

TEEN GROUP LESSONS:
Teen groups are offered for intermediate and advanced skiers and riders during holiday periods only however our special teen lift/lesson price is available throughout the season.  Beginner teens, ages 15+ are encouraged to join the three-day 'first time series' offered through Adult Ski & Snowboard school.

TEEN LESSON PRICING: 15-18 Years Old

** Holiday period teen groups offered 12/16/07- 1/02/08; 2/15/08- 2/23/08; 3/09/08- 3/29/08.

PARKOLOGY

• This innovative park and pipe program features progressive learning terrain and weekly instruction for aspiring freeskiers and riders, ages 3 to 17. 
• A series of learning competitions for Parkology students are scheduled throughout the winter to help aspiring jibbers hone their skills, learn park etiquette and become more comfortable in a competitive setting. 
• Post-competition pizza parties feature video analysis and prizes for all participants.

• Nov. 21 - Dec. 14, 2007 private lessons rates are $595 per full day lesson, and $425 per half day lesson.
  

Non-Ski Program:  SMALL WORLD PLAYSCHOOL
Location: One level down from the shopping level in Beaver Creek Village (creekside).
A non-ski program for children from 2 months to 6 years old.  Fun, colorful nursery and playschool, with separate programs for infants, toddlers and pre-school age children.  High caregiver to child ratios.  Children should come with any special foods, diapers and a change of clothing.
